|At Fidelity, we consulted with their IT enablement group to build a training program integrating data engineering teams with both the application development and analytics practice. Our classes taught new IT hires how to securely manage huge data resources while cross-functionally integrating with IT services, application development, and analytics. We introduced Agile and lean technology management principles to the teams and taught them to use a range of new tools.||At the USPTO, we assisted with a DevOps transformation that has been a singular example of innovation in a large government agency – adapting process improvement and a CI/CD practice to their project flow. First, we helped assess the agency’s future goals against legacy technology obstacles. The assessment was followed by cross-functional workshops for department leaders. We educated, identified interdepartmental challenges, and re-aligned the value streams. Finally, we trained engineering teams to help them integrate an updated DevOps toolchain.||Johnson & Johnson is a massive enterprise with highly diverse global operations. They asked us for help understanding how data science applications could be used to streamline flows of value. We also taught their teams how to use cloud-based automation tools for development, testing, provisioning, and deployment. Finally, we helped Johnson & Johnson navigate changes in the way products are developed and portfolios are managed and funded — a necessity for large multinationals as they adopt hybrid cloud IT strategies and scale Agile principles from the team level up.|
